Buffet Menu Options, Delivery & Collection Guide
Seamless Delivery for Your Event
We make all our deliveries between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday. To ensure efficiency for all our customers across the East Midlands, we’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times. However, if you give us a call on the day of your delivery, we’ll happily provide an estimated arrival time for your buffet.
Your delicious buffet will arrive in thermo-insulated boxes, keeping everything perfectly chilled and fresh for several hours. Once you and your guests have enjoyed your meal, simply pop all the items – including plates, platters, boards, and lids – back into the box. No washing up needed! Our team will then typically arrange collection on the next working day, making cleanup effortless for you.
Dietary Accommodations & Delivery Fees
We’re committed to ensuring everyone can enjoy our buffets. All our menus can be adapted to accommodate any dietary requirements. Please make sure to note these clearly on your order where prompted. Detailed information on our dietary alternatives for each menu is also available upon request.
A £15.00 delivery fee applies to all orders within a 15-mile radius of Long Eaton for deliveries Monday to Friday, and this fee also includes our convenient wash service. For deliveries over 15 miles, additional charges will apply.

Deadlines for Orders:
- Delivery for Monday - Order by Thursday 2pm
- Delivery for Tuesday - Order by Friday 2pm
- Delivery for Wednesday - Order by Monday 2pm
- Delivery for Thursday - Order by Tuesday 2pm
- Delivery for Friday - Order by Wednesday 2pm
- Delivery for Saturday/ Sunday - Order by Monday 2pm
Delivery days can get booked up so please advise as soon as possible on any orders to avoid disappointment.
Homemade Soup
£9.95 pp +VAT
Minimum orders are required in quantities of 20 people per soup flavour – 72 hours’ notice required

Bowls, spoons and napkins are also provided.
Hot food is delivered 10 am-12 pm in our soup kettles. Kettles need to be plugged in and will remain hot for service. We advise food to be eaten within a period of approximately. 1hr – 1hr 30mins from the point of delivery for food safety purposes
